Sugar Hollow Neighborhood
This is a trial version of a neighborhood website for the Sugar Hollow, Drovers Road, Hickory Nut Gap and Hollywood Road areas. I may fine-tune the area covered as this evolves. The Section marked 'For Residents' is password protected as it contains some information that isn't appropriate in the public domain. You can login on the Home Page and it notifies me to allow a new user.
I may try selling inexpensive advertising on the Links Page to offset expenses for this site and to also make it more useful. Some of the 'ads' will also flash/banner on the Home Page. I'm open to professional services, products or even teenagers looking to share their marketable skills. The section marked Neighborhood Alert is meant to notify the neighborhood of anything from a lost pet, suspicious activity or community/neighborhood activity.
We have a Blog section that you can log into and add comments. As it is right now, if you want to introduce a topic just send me a quick email and I'll get it set up. I'm still trying to see how this whole thing works and I'm experimenting as I go.
The pupose of this website is primarily for fun and to inform as well as it can act a bit as a neighborhood watch aid.
