While the noise seems to have abated somewhat since the Japanese 'Crotch-Rockets' must have gone somewhere else, the Harleys have become more numerous. Probaly the issue that makes them so undesireable is they modify their muffler systems to purposely make more noise which in most cases is illegal. Finding a way to encourage enforcement would be one of the goals I would love to see. Fortunately thanks mostly to John Ager the speed limit was reduced to 35 thru Hickory Nut Gap.
